Story of a Custom Soccer Balls Order
We have been making soccer balls for past 15 years and in that time frame we have made thousands of balls for our customers in United States and several other countries in the world.
Before we take the order from our customers we tell them that our normal delivery time frame for delivery anywhere in USA for customized balls is between 4 to 6 weeks. So any orders of up to 5000 balls can be made and delivered in 4 to 6 weeks, it a very aggressive timeline but we have created & perfected the processes over the years to deliver on time.
Delivering Customized Balls in less than a week
From time to time we get inquiries to deliver customer’s orders in even shorter time frame. One such request was made recently with custom soccer balls to be made and delivered in about 9 days. We decided to take on the challenge and see if we can deliver on time, after speaking with our partner soccer balls manufacturing factory in Pakistan and making them aware of the timeline, we agreed to take the order.
The order was placed on Wednesday 11/20/2013 and we were supplied with city soccer logo. The delivery date was set to 11/29/2013 with a holiday of Thanksgiving in the between on 28th we have very tight time frame. As soon as we had the logo and customization instruction on 20th of November we did an initial mock up of the ball design, in the meantime factory got to work by securing all the required materials like synthetic leather, bladders and aligning labor to work on the order as soon as the artwork was finalized. The mock up of the ball was approved by the customer on 21st of November, we got the green light to start making the balls and roll the order in production.

The balls factory worked at amazing speed to make logo screens, laminating the cover, stitching and printing the balls. The pictures of the pre-production balls were taken and were sent over to Best Soccer Buys Sporting Goods in Atlanta GA, to ensure that there is no flaw in printing before full production was started.

The whole team worked around the clock in two countries USA & Pakistan to manufacture & complete the order in 2 days. On 23rd the order was ready, packed and was shipped using fast courier service to Washington, USA direct to the customer. Since the order was being imported into United States it was very important to have the proper paperwork filled out correctly so it does not get delayed in customs clearance.
Everything worked out great and the balls were delivered our customer on 26th of November 2013, which is 3 days ahead of the target delivery date. The customer was very happy with the products and was amazed by the quick turnaround. We got a nice thank you note along with a picture of one of the delivered box of soccer balls.
